Six weeks to develop your freestyle.
The Autumn Freestyle Program is designed around consistent training and development across six Sunday sessions.
The focus will be on building stronger foundations, understanding how to feel and respond to music, developing the body through dance, and applying those skills through structured freestyle drills.
What you'll work on

Develop your ability to hear, interpret, and move with the music.
